1. Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibility

  1. Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with Brand Standards, Governmental Controls and ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
  2. Implementing quality systems / procedures like Six Sigma, Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
  3. Ensure all products produced in the commissary meets the restaurant operations quality standards.
  4. To ensure that only products that meet the company’s quality standards are produced and delivered to customers.
  5. Managing and maintaining implementation of quality plant and food safety management systems to ensure all products are manufactured in line with the required quality standards
  6. Organize the Food safety management System builtup of the company, participate in the implementation of the Duty and limits of authority in food safety and quality.
  7. Arrange the training and advertising according the standard of food safety management system
  8. Improve the management files about Food Safety in food industry. Includes: handbook of Food Quality and Food Safety management, procedure documents, HACCP plan, operation regulations or Homework guidance and other norm documents. maintenance and update regularly.
  9. Hold the training for the relevant personnel according the requirement of food safety management files procedure
  10. Regularly checking and assessing the operation situation of the food safety management system in the company, audit the differences between the actual implementation and standard requirements, and carry out the suggestion and requirement for improvement, in order to reduce and correct the difference between actuality and standard, to make sure the actual result and expected requirement consistent.
  11. Carry out the audit and monitor of the company's management system, and manage the inspection from the clients.
  12. Regularly do the risk analyst and assessment about the company's products according to the relevant legal norm and standard, make sure the sustainable and positive development in food safety.
  13. Regularly Monitor the Food Safety Management System for the suppliers.
  14. Regularly report the operation situation, effect and result of the company's food safety management system
  15. Provide leadership by tracking plant quality leading indicators. Providing timely feedback on potential quality deviation and providing support for rectification of anomaly.
  16. Ensure Commissary operations is in compliance with all local and TCCC requirements on Environmental Management System set to preserve and protect the operating environment.
  17. Ensure the Housekeeping /Hygiene of infrastructure and work environment within the production and total commissary operating area       

Qualifications

The required qualifications for the  Eat 'N’ Go Limited Job Vacancy for the position of Quality Assurance Manager include:
  • Bachelor Degree in Science, preferable Food Science or Food Technology
  • 8 years in related field in food business or in the FMCG sector
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS OFFICE applications

2. Account Officer

Job Location: Plot 1715, idejo street, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibility

  1. Check incoming and outgoing paperwork (correspondence, invoices, Payment Vouchers and Cheques) and make copies before distributing to stakeholders.
  2. Sort all Invoices, Cheques and Payment Vouchers alphabetically and according to content, dates and significance.
  3. Create or update records with new files and information.
  4. Store all Files and Paperwork in designated places securing the important documents.
  5. Check all Invoices for authorized approval and signatures.
  6. Ensure Goods Received Notes, Purchase Orders and invoices are duly signed.
  7. Enter Invoices, Cheques, Payment Vouchers and paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry.
  8. Prepare list of Cheques for bank confirmation and uncollected cheques.
  9. Assists with distribution of the Cheques to vendors and third parties
  10. Manage Vendors distribution of Cheques on the specified dates.
  11. Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of all collected invoices and Payment Vouchers.
  12. Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
  13. Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information.
  14. Monitor inventory of files, paper clips and Stationeries
  15. Visit banks and other financial or tax institutions for payments, pick up/drop off documents, regular visits for work related matters

3. Estate Surveyor

Job Responsibility

Thorough inspection of land and property based on industry standard practices
Preparing of Survey Plans, including charting the layout of the property (according to standard industry practices), producing the survey plan, taking it to the Survey general's office to be registered and delivering proof of registration to the client.
Determining the value of land and property by surveying the structure, land and surrounding conditions taking into consideration future value and potential
Determining the value of rent and service charge after carrying out schedule of property conditions
Carry out extensive research into land and property history to determine if there are any ownership or legal disputes/implications

Requirements: 

  1. Registered Surveyor and Valuer (or just certified Surveyor)
  2. Ability to write and vet valuation reports 
  3. Highly observant (understand how to put a checklist together of critical 'industry standard' information to observe during inspection) 
  4. Understanding of how to identify flaws in a property (leakage, mold, bad neighbourhood, etc)
  5. Understanding of the standard prices for properties in each locality of Lagos or Abuja; ability to value property based on information gathered from inspection 
  6. General local knowledge of residential geographical area Lagos or Abuja (knowledge of the particular locality the buyer or seller is engaging in the real estate transaction from is a bonus).

To be successful in this position, applicant will be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas within short time frame, and show amazing attention to quality and detail. The responsibilities includes:
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside printers to ensure timely delivery and quality art work.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with clients about layout and design.

6. Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities

The Purpose / Role of this position is to attend to daily operational purchases needs, organize daily all purchasing requisition with its LPO’s and send the same to suppliers timely , follow up daily with suppliers on delivery , maintain a tracking file to know the status of all orders , follow a reordering and replenishing stock system ,maintain and review record for item bought with cost , go for market surveillance

Key aims and objectives
  • To reduce the time lead for each purchasing transaction
  • To avoid stock out situation by following a replenishing stock system
  • To increase efficiency and productivity by implementing a follow up system
  • To be updated by all markets news / prices/ products
  • To minimize the storage cost

Prime responsibilities and duties
  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from  local  vendors under the supervision of the HOD
  • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specifications required
  • Send Purchase order to suppliers after same is being approved by authorities
  • Interact with supplier on day to day Basis and follow up on orders and delivery
  • Review delivery against orders
  • Track the status of each order by implementing and maintaining a tracking file
  • Advise Vendors on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
  • Attend to daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase

  2. Good Knowledge  in procurement Policies and procedures  , knowledge of preparing and maintaining records  , knowledge in inventory control ,
