Job Summary

Graceco Limited Management Trainee Programme is further divided into; Management trainees – Commercial (Sales and Marketing), Finance, HR, Logistics and Technical trainees – Engineers

The Graceco Limited Management Trainee Programme comprises recruitment, placements, mentoring, coaching, training and personal development which includes the 70-20-10 learning philosophy.

The Trainee Programme is designed to:
  • fasten integration into Graceco Limited; 
  • make trainees more productive and more efficient; 
  • help them build a network of colleagues for information and support; 
  • provide them a comprehensive introduction to the organisation’s strategy, as well as 
  • supplement skills learned during formal training & practical experiences.

Candidates will undergo a highly competitive selection process, after which successful candidates will undergo a modular training programme involving formal training and experiential attachments for 12 months. The programme is then supported with a mentoring scheme, which lasts for 18 months and starts within the first six months of the trainees’ resumption at the company. Initially, trainees will be encouraged to build an in-depth understanding of the practice of management in the various functions of Graceco Limited. Upon completion of the programme, successful candidates will be considered for management positions in locations in the company.

Qualification and Requirements

To qualify for the Management Traineeship program, in addition to other requirements, applicants:
  1. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the specified discipline with minimum of Second Class Upper Division in the specified discipline.
  2. Must possess 5 Ordinary Level (O/L) credit passes including Mathematics and English Language obtained in one (1) sitting.
  3. Must possess NYSC Discharge Certificate (Not Compulsory).
  4. Must possess Ability to work with basic computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  5. Must possess means of Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria.
  6. Must possess initiative and drive.
